Chaya Schechner

Chaya Schechner is an editor at Kirkus Reviews. Before Kirkus, she was an editor at the American Booksellers Association, where she worked with indie booksellers for nearly a decade. Her work has appeared in Bookforum, McSweeney’s, The Millions, Out Magazine, and elsewhere. She is a member of the New York Mycological Society and lives in South Salem, New York.
