Chelsea Voulgares

Chelsea Voulgares lives just outside Chicago, where she is editor-in-chief of the literary journal Lost Balloon. Her fiction has been published in venues such as Passages North, JMWW, and New World Writing, and her nonfiction has appeared in The Millions, The Rumpus, and Bust.
