Eileen Myles

Eileen Myles (b. 1949, they/them) is a poet, novelist and art journalist whose practice of vernacular first-person writing has become a touchstone for our identity-fluid internet age. Recent books include evolution and Afterglow (a memoir). Pathetic Literature, the anthology of 106 writers for which Eileen is the living editor, just came out from Grove. They live in New York and Marfa, TX.
