Gabriel Payares

Gabriel Payares is a Venezuelan writer and translator. Author of four short story collections, which have earned recognition in Venezuela and other Latin American counties. He has a master’s degree in Latin American Literature and in Creative Writing. He has translated poetry and non fiction from English to Spanish. He was invited to the Hong Kong Baptist University’s International Writers Workshop in 2020. He lives in Argentina since 2014.
