Their other books include Boys of Alabama, which was a finalist for the Oregon Book Award, Pretend We Live Here, which was a Lambda Literary Award finalist, and A Little in Love with Everyone. They have received fellowships from the Fulbright Program, MacDowell, Caldera Arts, the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology, and the Vermont Studio Center.
