Margaret A. Neves holds an MA in English and Linguistics from Colorado State University. While living in Salvador, Brazil, she translated works into English for several Brazilian authors, including Lygia Fagundes Telles, Jorge Amado, and Moacyr Scliar. She is also the translator of one of Edgard Telles Ribeiro’s novellas in The Impostor and three of his short stories in As If by Magic. She lives in Colorado.
