Megan Leonard (she/they) is the author of the poetry collections BOOK OF LULLABIES (Milk & Cake Press, 2020) and LARKSPUR QUEEN (Broadstone Books, 2025). Primarily a poet, Meg also enjoys visual art and prose, and themes in her work often include disability and chronic illness, mental illness, motherhood, and creepy fairytales. Meg is a writing mentor and a writing assistant for the University of New Hampshire, and this is her first nonfiction publication.
