H.P. Cilgin

H.P. Çılgın is a film critic, curator, creative, and scholar, based in Turkey. They have been writing film criticism in Turkish since 2020, screening films for festivals since 2022, and curating and programming films for organizations and festivals since 2023. Academically, their research areas of interest include East Asian studies, horror studies, film curating, and queer feminist readings. Raised in horror films, they are always searching for all sorts of horror in films, video games, and more.
