Sarah Hagaman is an assistant professor of Health Humanities and Bioethics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She received her Ph.D. in English literature at Vanderbilt University, and her work has appeared in ASAP/J, Literature and Medicine, and Medical Humanities.
