Suzie Eckl received her MFA as a Henry Hoyns Fellow from the University of Virginia’s Creative Writing Program, where she served as the editor of Meridian. Her fiction and poetry is published or forthcoming in Kenyon Review, The Arkansas International, Nimrod International Journal, and Bat City Review. A resident of Washington, DC, she is currently working on a collection of stories set in the American West.
