The second annual Genre Ball will be held the Friday before Halloween at Liberty Hall at Ace Hotel New York. It’s the costume party you’ve been waiting for, complete with fabulous prizes (win a free stay at the Ace!), delicious cocktails, dancing, free books, and famous authors wearing funny outfits and facepaint.

The dress code is cocktail attire and/or costumes: come dressed as your favorite literary genre, book, or fictional character.
