The recipient of a CINTAS Foundation grant supporting artists of Cuban descent, Kate Carmody received her MFA from Antioch University in LA. She has attended the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop as well as a residency at Ragdale, and teaches writing courses nationally. Kate’s work can be found in Porter House Review, The Broadkill Review, The Rumpus, Potomac Review, Essay Daily, No Contact, Los Angeles Review, and Lunch Ticket, among others.
