Nicole Arocho Hernández grew up in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Her poems have been featured in The Acentos Review, Seventh Wave Magazine, The Academy of American Poets website, and elsewhere. Her first chapbook (I Have No Ocean, 2021, Sundress Publications) was published online. Her second chapbook (How can colonized see light—) is forthcoming with Glass Poetry Press.
