Sara Youngblood Gregory and Steven Reigns

Sara Youngblood Gregory is a journalist, editor, and author. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The New Republic, New York Magazine, Cosmopolitan, The Guardian, and many others. Sara serves on the board of the lesbian literary and arts journal Sinister Wisdom, where she is currently editing the forthcoming Butch-Femme Renaissance issue. Sara’s speculative poetry collection DEAD BOYS IN SPACE won the 2023 Pamet River Prize from YesYes Books and is out May 2026. Steven Reigns is a Los Angeles poet and educator and was appointed the first Poet Laureate of West Hollywood. Alongside over a dozen chapbooks, he has published the collections Inheritance and Your Dead Body is My Welcome Mat. His newest collection Outliving Michael is a memorial memoir in poetry, chronicling Reigns’s profound friendship with Michael Church, who died of AIDS in 2000.
