Brian Evenson is the author of over a dozen books of fiction, including Song for the Unraveling of the World, which won the Shirley Jackson Award and the World Fantasy Award and was a finalist for the inaugural Ray Bradbury Prize and the Balcones Fiction Prize. He has received three O. Henry Awards for his fiction, an NEA Fellowship, and a Guggenheim Fellowship. He teaches at CalArts and lives in Los Angeles.
