Genevieve Plunkett is the author of In the Lobby of the Dream Hotel, named a September 2023 Indie Next pick, and Prepare Her: Stories. Her short fiction has appeared in The O. Henry Prize Stories, and journals such as New England Review, The Southern Review, and Story. She lives in Vermont with her two children.
