Susanne Althoff is an assistant professor who teaches publishing entrepreneurship and women’s media at Emerson College in Boston. She’s served as an adviser to women-led startups. Susanne previously had a two-decade career as a magazine editor, and her last post was editor-in-chief of The Boston Globe Magazine. She has written for WIRED, Fortune, and other publications and has a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
